Return Period
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- All 3D printers (FDM and Resin printers)
- Resins
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused
- Include original packaging and tags
- Include receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.
Condition During Return Shipping
Returned products must arrive in proper condition.
If the item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the refund may be reduced or rejected.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union Customers
If an order is shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, as required by EU regulations. Items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
