Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within two working days after order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, international orders may be processed on a case-by-case basis upon request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Items from two final-sale collections cannot be returned. Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

• Unused,
• In original condition,
• In original packaging,
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damage During Return Shipping

If the product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or handling, the refund may be reduced or rejected.
